Case study: Women’s Information & Referral Exchange (WIRE)

WIRE is a Victorian-based organisation providing information, support and referral services for women and non-binary and gender-diverse people.

While initially engaged to support the development of their three-year plan’s financials, our services soon extended to detailed budgeting for year one of the plan and a reporting framework for their management team and Finance & Risk Committee. We provide a lighter level of ongoing support and mentorship for WIRE’s in-house finance team.
