Joan is an accomplished accountant with over 10 years' of experience working in the financial services sectors and BPO industry. She has completed training and earned qualifications as a Certified Xero Advisor, Certified Bookkeeper, Registered Cost Accountant, and Certified Accounting Technician. Joan is a reserved person. Her father had an influence on her love of numbers. Her insistence on doing things correctly is one of her strongest personality qualities. And she takes great pleasure in planning things out and producing every possible improvement. In prior roles she had received numerous promotions from her ability to deliver excellent reports and her process improvement initiatives.
