Throughout the early stages of Jun's career in SMEs, he contributed his expertise to systemizing daily accounting and operations functions. Seeing improvements in organisations as a result of his efforts is incredibly rewarding and motivating to Jun to continue developing his skills and expertise. Jun also enjoys analysing past transactions to provide meaningful insights into the current business environment. As a finance professional, communication is a core element of Jun's approach because he deeply respects and believes in the power of teamwork, acknowledging that he is not perfect.
